A lovely couple from Cleveland just left my Navona open house. They are renting in Naples for a few months while they look around at property. They had thought only to look at single family homes, when they came upon my sign outside of this Colony high rise.
We looked at a few different Navona ideas. Bill said he had never really thought about living in a condo and had more than a few preconceived ideas about how it lived. He saw himself getting off the elevator to see the front doors of others homes and a hallway "catwalk" as was popular when he vacationed in Florida as a young guy.
He was amazed that each of the homes we visited, that when the elevator door opened, we were in the private elevator entry, the foyer to the home being offered for sale.
Both Bill and Donna commented on the views and thought they'd be hard pressed to come up with this kind of view from any single family home in Bonita Springs.

Finally Bill inquired about the fees and the taxes. He had read that there were some pretty grim tales he read regarding condo associations in Florida. I thanked him for the prompt and quickly responded that Florida law provides for a 3-day rescission process designed to encourage the potential buyer to review the budgets and overall financial wellness of the association.
I proudly stated that he'd be impressed with what he saw and that not all Florida properties are financially stressed.
