The Colony Golf and Bay Club had a terrific season. Residents were taking advantage of all the activities, golf, tennis, beaching...going to classes on floral arranging and wine tasting, and signing up for cooking class. Moreover, sales were brisk. Just in the last couple of weeks I personally had a couple of my Navona listings sell and one of them with multiple contracts...a refreshing memory from yesteryear!
All price categories were selling this season, from the Colony's price leader, Merano to the abundant size residences of LaScala and certainly our single-family homes. The Colony consists of 823 homes. We had about 10% or 84 residences on the market at the beginning of season and now we have only 73, about a 12% reduction in just a few months!
