What do you think about the management of our Colony gate?
- Sunday, December 4, 2011
Attention Colony residents: The Colony gate management has decided to get away from the ‘clicker’ system to get in and out of the gates, and is strictly going to the barcode system as of 12/31/2011. If you have a barcode on your car currently, there is no need for you to change anything. Residents using the clicker to operate the gates will need to go to the Pelican Landing Community Association office to retrieve a barcode, and you must be a resident of The Colony to receive one. Guests may get a gate pass, but it will only be valid for 90 days (residents are allowed gate passes as well, which could be beneficial for the intermittent resident). Castle Management’s purported motive is further protect residents. The barcode system will allow management to be more in control of who comes in and out of the gates. Better security….we all want that, don’t we? Share your thoughts and pose your questions to: Castle Management at (239) 498-5455. The Pelican Landing Community Association office is located at: 24501 Bonita Springs And their hours are: Monday – Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Friday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
