The Colony Golf Club veranda

Decreases in dues and fees planned for 2012 in
The Colony Golf and Bay Club.
Lots of good news is being reported on various Colony neighborhood dues for 2012.  

First off, The Bay Club has reduced the annual dues from $1500 to $1350.  Pelican Landing Community Association, as well, is reducing the annual dues from $1751 to $1500.

This morning I learned that Castella's condo dues, with much to do with the wellness of their balance sheet, had reduced their annual Association fee by 9% in 2012.

With Colony prices stabilizing and compelling interest rates, this is just further confirmation that now's the time.
