Wow! It's already Thanksgiving and The Colony real estate market has heated up.  Just in the last week I handled 3 different sales transactions and 4 new Colony listings.   Interest is high and it feels good to return to a time when people were, in a general statement, more positive about their future.   Maybe their just tired of waiting to enjoy their retirement.
Prices have certainly played an inspirational part.  For example, What once sold for $1.4 million in Castella at The Colony I contracted last week for a sales price of $529k.   Florencia on the 14th floor with a "thru view" and hurricane shutters for under $700k and a new Navona listing on the 14th floor corner residence for $675k.  Prices are incredible and I think folks are seeing the values of the views + amenity offering unique to The Colony.
